Trent Trowel is your typical gumshoe. Searching the mean streets for crimes to solve and dames to fall for. He joins some of the world’s most famous detectives at the International PD gala. There’s Shirley Holmes, Jean Louie Phillip Eustache… and Aunt Beatrice. But is this just an innocent gala? Will the world’s most dastardly villains foil them with a fiendish master plan? Will Aunt Beatrice ever get an English muffin? Everything is not what it seems.

A fabulously funny and high styling take on film noir - it’s a lighter shade of noir after all!

A note from Theatre Program Director, Nicole Cantalupo

Our 2020-2021 season here at Clairemont High School Theatre is unlike any that has come before it! While COVID-19 has changed our lives in may ways, our need to create has stayed constant. While navigating the challenges of making theatre virtually, we have learned how to flex our creativity in new ways. We all miss the camaraderie created in in-person productions, but we have held strong and put on a virtual show (with some fun bonding events along the way - all from the safety of our homes). Our theatre program is made up of 30+ students in 9th-12th grade who are dedicated and talented performers, artists, craftsmen, technicians, and leaders. CHS Theatre is a safe space for students to foster confidence, self-expression and creative collaboration. Every dollar we raise goes directly to our program costs, as we are self-funded, allowing us to produce plays and musicals that bring the community together (even online). Your contribution, of any amount, will help us continue to provide quality programming for the students and the community. Thank you for supporting CHS Theatre!
With gratitude,
Nicole
